DBT Skills Program

Open Enrollment - 90 minutes

This group is structured, skills-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program designed to support behavioral stabilization, emotional regulation, and impulse control. The program focuses on teaching evidence-based skills that reduce maladaptive behaviors and improve decision-making.

Participants receive instruction in:
  • Emotional regulation
  • Distress tolerance
  • Impulse control
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
  • Mindfulness and behavioral awareness
The group is educational and skills focused. Participation does not require disclosure of personal history. Open enrollment allows participants to begin at any point. Attendance and participation may be documented for court or supervision compliance. 

Healthy Relationships & Communication Group

Open Enrollment - 90 minutes

This group addresses interpersonal functioning, communication skills, and relationship behaviors that may contribute to conflict or instability. The group provides structured education and skill development to improve communication, reduce interpersonal conflict, and support prosocial behavior.

Areas of focus include:
  • Healthy vs. unhealthy relationship behaviors
  • Boundary setting and respect
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Assertive communication
  • Accountability in interpersonal interactions
This group is skills-based and educational in nature. Open enrollment permits participants to enter at any session. Attendance and participation may be verified for court or supervision purposes.

Faith & Recovery Group (Voluntary Participation)

Open Enrollment - 90 minutes

This group offers a faith-integrated approach to personal growth and recovery for individuals who voluntarily elect to participate. The group emphasizes moral accountability, purpose development, and values-based decision-making as protective factors in behavioral change.

Topics include:
  • Personal responsiblility and accountability
  • Identity development and restoration
  • Forgiveness and behavioral repair
  • Ethical decision-making
  • Coping strategies rooted in faith-based principles
Participation is voluntary and not required to fulfill non-religious treatment mandates. Open enrollment allows participants to join at any time. Attendance may be documented when participation is elected. 

Trauma & Resilience Group

Open Enrollment - 90 minutes

This trauma-informed group provides psychoeducation regarding the impact of trauma on emotional regulation, behavior, and stress responses. The group focuses on skill development to increase emotional stability and resilience, rather than processing traumatic events.

Areas addressed include:
  • Understanding trauma and stress responses
  • Emotional and physiological regulation skills
  • Trigger identification and management
  • Reducing reactive behaviors
  • Building resilience and coping capacity
No disclosure of personal trauma is required. The open enrollment format allows participants to enter at any time. Attendance and participation may be documented for court or supervision requirements. 

Reentry Support Group

Open Enrollment - 90 minutes

This group supports individuals transitioning from incarceration to community living. The program addresses emotional, behavioral, and adjustment challenges associated with reentry and supervision. 

Topics include:
  • Managing stress related to supervision requirements
  • Developing stable routines and structure
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Coping with stigma and setbacks
  • Identifying supports and community resources
The group is structured and educational. Open enrollment allows participants to begin participation at any session. Attendance may be verified for court or parole compliance.

Self-Esteem & Identity Rebuilding Group

Open Enrollment - 90 minutes

This group focuses on developing a pro-social identity, improving self-concept, and reducing shame-based thinking that may contribute to maladaptive behavior. Participants learn skills to separate identity from past behavior and develop future-oriented goals.

Areas of focus include:
  • Personal responsibility and self-awareness
  • Cognitive restructuring of negative self-beliefs
  • Strengths and values identification
  • Goal-setting and motivation
  • Building confidence and accountability
This group is educational and skills-based. Open enrollment allows participants to enter at any point. Attendance and participation may be documented for court or supervision purposes.
