  • 12 weeks (standard)
  • 16-24 weeks (complex trauma or long-term substance use)

  • 1 Individual Therapy Session (EMDR/Somatic)

PHASE 1: SAFETY & STABILIZATION (Weeks 1-4)

Primary Goals
  • Establish emotional and physical safety
  • Reduce cravings and overwhelm
  • Build nervous system regulation skills
  • Develop spiritual and relational support

PHASE 2: TRAUMA PROCESSING & ROOT CAUSES (Weeks 5-10)

  • Process traumatic memories fueling addiction
  • Reduce emotional triggers and cravings
  • Heal shame, grief, and relational wounds

    • Trauma memories
    • Core negative beliefs ("I'm broken," "I'm unsafe")
    • Addiction-related memories (first use, relapse, overdoses

  • Parts work (addicted part, protector part, wounded part)
